Depending on the service you access, staff will have different qualifications, training and experience but all have been recruited for their expertise and skills to deliver wellbeing and therapeutic support and activities.
Where therapy is offered, we adhere to and staff are registered with, BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) or BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies) guidelines and staff are professionally qualified.

Youth Trust Board of Trustees
Under Charity Law, Trustees are the ‘persons having the general control and management of the administration of the charity.’
Therefore, Trustees are ultimately responsible for the affairs of the charity. Their responsibility is both collective and individual and delegation to others does not absolve a Trustee of responsibility.
Delegated authority needs to be recorded and reviewed regularly. Individuals and Committees with delegated authority need to report back and be held to account by Trustees.
